We’ll process your request within 48 hours. Once you’ve made the request, you can track the status of your mail ballot just like you can track a FedEx package.
Forgot to Sign the Envelope or Has Your Signature Changed?
If our office sent you a letter stating a ballot cast on your behalf was either missing the signature on the outside envelope or if we found the signature couldn’t be verified to be the same as we have on file, please complete the Vote-By-Mail Cure Affidavit below which will allow your ballot to be counted.
Send completed affidavit by 5 p.m. on the second day after the election by mail, fax or email to:
