Spotting Official Mail from the Seminole County Elections Office
Did you receive a questionable mailer from a third-party group or political campaign? You’re not alone, and we’re here to help.
To protect voters from confusion and misinformation, we’ve created this guide and launched OfficialElectionMail.org. This dedicated site helps Seminole County voters identify real election-related mailings sent directly from the Supervisor of Elections Office.
When reviewing any election mail, look for the Official Election Mail logo, a mark used exclusively on authorized government election materials. Below, you’ll find examples of what official mail from our office may look like.

Always check for the Official Election Mail logo printed on envelopes or included within the documents.
Why We Launched OfficialElectionMail.org
In 2016, several Seminole County residents received misleading or confusing mailers from outside political groups. In response, our office created OfficialElectionMail.org to give voters a trustworthy way to verify mailings.
